Returns & Refunds
We hope that all our customers have a good experience while shopping with us.
We offer a refund on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase. The goods have to be unworn, in perfect condition and in their packaging. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
Please include the invoice so we will have an order number to reference.
Goods can be returned to the shop and we can facilitate an exchange or refund instore.
Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you send your parcel via a secure delivery method. We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.
In the case of faulty returns, please give details of exact nature of the fault.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that it is our policy to return goods to the purchaser should we suspect that any product has been worn or used.
