We will refund the cost of the item, ref our refund and returns page. We do not refund the cost of the delivery charge.
Returning items to Pat Lane Shoes
Items can be returned to the store. We will inspect them there and then to make sure they are fit for resale. We will process the refund to your account through our online system or we can facilitate an exchange instore.
By Post: If you chose to return your item by post, please ensure that you used a secure delivery method as we cannot be responsible for lost goods. Once we receive the item, we will inspect them to make sure they are fit for resale. We will then contact you and refund the cost of the item. (Delivery charge will not be refunded)
Gift Cards and Credit Notes
At present we can only accept gift vouchers and credit notes in store.
Our product availability is checked regularly. However, if there is an availability issue we will contact you straight away.
The product differs from what appears on the website.
